Welcome to Valley Voice magazines

The Valley Voice Rural and Valley Voice Rural Lifestyle are two well established monthly magazines that service the lifestyle and rural communities within the Franklin and Rodney regions.

Owner Colleen Watson enjoys connecting with local issues and identities and from the outset designed the publications to profile the people who form the backbone of these regions, yet are often unsung heroes.

The Franklin issue was started in February 2005 with the Rodney issue following several years later. Both editions have become much anticipated and well-read monthly magazines that feature farming ventures, local businesses and the people who create them. These stories resonate with many residents and the Valley Voice offers a very efficient vehicle for reaching out to communities and providing cost effective advertising for both local and national advertisers.

Each edition is unique to the area and the distribution areas that they circulate to is on each rate card.

The team at Valley Voice are all local journalists and the magazines are designed by Creative by Design and printed by NZME.
